Why should we be your Maintenance Solution?

We've had the honor of servicing customers for over 20 years now doing repair work on medium and heavy duty truck, bodywork, and collision related-repairs and it is our company’s mission to provide a timely and reliable solution to our customers’ mechanical needs and services for today’s thriving society through our preventative maintenance system. With the knowledge of our qualified team, we hope to be in stride with our customers to meet the demands of daily activities. Providing the source and solution to mechanical our customers’ needs through; preventative maintenance, qualified technicians, and our commitment to serve our customer with the highest respect for being that; an Always Nearby customer.

1. Scheduling

We know that you are on a schedule and need to stick to it as much as possible. That’s why we have 3 ways of servicing our customers. On-site so that you don’t have to move your truck and we can come to you during the downtime, roadside just in case you get stuck on the side of the road and need a quick fix to keep you going, and the shop for the repairs that cannot be performed on site or roadside.

2. Budget

Since we are preventative maintenance company, we focus on scheduling the small services that effect the big repairs over time. With a maintenance schedule you will be able to predict how much you will have to spend to help with your budget. Tending to the small things will keep your truck on the wrong longer and we will be able to catch issues before the turn into very costly repairs.

3. Communication

As of right now you can schedule a service or inquire about general questions by calling the office, sending a message or filling out a form on the website, directly send a message on Google, and email. Soon our customers will be able to use the full service software Fullbay and request services, make payments, and change fleet information directly through their own customer portal.

Our direct point of contact is the Customer Service Rep, our CSR Jamal is available to schedule a service, answer general inquires or concerns. But you are not limited to just calling the office. You can also send service requests through the website and to the proper email for your question, request, or concern.
